Les Mouflons de Toubkal |
| General
Information Finished in 1997, this hut is without doubt the grander of the two. It is spacious, almost palatial, and has been well built. The shop is well stocked providing basic food, water and snacks. There are showers available, a good number of bathrooms, and a kitchen available to cook your own food if you so desire. The refuge caretaker (Abderahim or Mohamed) will also organise meals for you too. This is a friendly place to be, maybe not quite in the tradition of Alpine huts in Europe. The only real drawback to this refuge is that it is cold in the middle of winter. The only fire is not adequate to heat the large room, and invariably there will be a host of exuberant Spaniards dominating the fireside seats. Haj Mohamed offers an all inclusive package
from airport pickup, overnight accommo There is a web site soon to be produced, in the meantime contact is best via email or phone: Les Mouflons de Toubkal
